Description
The RT-500M SAR Direction Finder is a professional-grade, wide-band direction finder optimized for maritime search and rescue operations. It automatically monitors key emergency frequencies—121.5 MHz, 243.0 MHz, and 406.028 MHz (Cospas-Sarsat)—as well as marine channel 16. Operating across 118–470 MHz, it provides accurate bearings with ±5° RMS precision.
The system features a bright TFT display for clear visualization of bearing information and operating parameters. Its compact, waterproof antenna unit simplifies installation and supports distances up to 100 meters from the display control unit. With standard serial, NMEA, and Ethernet interfaces, the RT-500M SAR Direction Finder integrates seamlessly with existing navigation systems, enhancing situational awareness and response efficiency.
